Delivery, Pickup & Setup
Delivery radius: Winston Salem, Greensboro and High Point up to 15 miles outside of city limits.
Out-of-area delivery: $30 mileage charge up to 25 miles outside city limits.
Customer requirements
Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
Someone 18+ must be present to accept delivery unless specifically approved otherwise.
Immediate access to the setup location is required.
Additional charges may apply for stairs, difficult access, excessive walking distances, etc.
Equipment cannot be moved to another location after delivery without approval.
Changes to date, time, location or rental items are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Rental Period
Up to 8 hours / same-day rental.
Additional fees apply for 24-hour rental.
Custom Experience Policy
Number of revisions: 2
Turnaround time: 72 hours
Information must be submitted: 48 hours
Rush fee: $150.00 deposit
Refunds: No refunds once creative work begins.
Deliverables: Digital vs. printed deliverable times may vary.
Weather Happens. We've Got You.
Outdoor rentals may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds or other conditions that could make equipment use unsafe.
Backyard Social Rentals reserves the right to cancel or discontinue use of equipment when conditions are unsafe.
Clients will be protected under the weather credit/reschedule policy without penalty.
Customer Responsibility
For DIY concessions, games and inflatables, Backyard Social isn't providing supervision or an attendant unless Hosted Service was specifically purchased.
